How it works?
6 Steps of Excellence
1. You book your order online
When you book your order online, an online account is automatically created for you where your order status will be shown as "submitted."
2. Your order is assigned
Shortly after you submit your order, it will be assigned to one of our pickup boys by the app admin. Your order status will be changed to "assigned."
3. We pick up your clothes
One of our pickup boys will contact you over the phone to arrange a convenient time to pick up your clothes. You can view all the details of your order using the online app.
4. We clean your clothes
After pickup we'll send your clothes to our premium dry cleaning center. Each article of clothing will be carefully treated. Your order status will be shown as "processing."
5. Your clothes are dispatched
After we've cleaned your clothes, we'll pack them carefully and hand them over to our delivery boy. Now your order status will be shown as "dispatched."
6. We deliver your clothes
Our delivery boy will contact you over the phone to arrange a convenient time to deliver your dry-cleaned clothes. They will be packed and ready to go.
